Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Darkwinter never sees or stores your full card number. Every purchase gets a receipt in Billing.
• All sales are final. Darkwinter does not offer refunds on Coven or Eternal, including partial months, unused time, or accounts banned for breaking the rules (except where the law where you live requires one).
• Canceling Coven stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period.
• Every purchase gets a receipt in Winter Pass → Purchase history.
